Terms of Use
These terms cover this website. Our software is licensed separately — if you have bought or installed one of our applications, the agreement that governs it is its own licence, such as OnDeck’s licence agreement.
1. Who we are
This site is operated by CTRL Colab LLC (“CTRL Colab”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. Using the site
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system it connects to, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.
3. The contact form
Sending us an enquiry does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on either side — it starts a conversation. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form; wait until we have agreed how to handle it. What we do with what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Software products
Our applications are not covered by these terms. Each is licensed under its own agreement, which is the document that governs your use of it, including what you may do with it, how many machines it covers, and what happens on refund. For OnDeck that is the End User Licence Agreement, alongside its refund policy and privacy policy.
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller, so your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s own terms.
5. Our content
The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to CTRL Colab LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may quote or link to it with attribution; you may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
Product names, logos and trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners, and are used descriptively.
6. Case studies and results
Client outcomes described on this site are accounts of particular engagements. They are not a promise, guarantee or projection of what any other business will achieve. Every engagement differs.
7. Links to other sites
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement.
8. No warranty
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CTRL COLAB LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident somewhere whose law grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, nothing here deprives you of those rights.
